Main materials

High pressure carbon seamless steel pipes are usually made of high-quality carbon structural steel, such as 20G, 20MnG, etc. The carbon content and alloy element content of these materials have been optimized to meet the strength and durability requirements in high-pressure environments.

Production process

Hot rolling process: By heating steel billets at high temperatures and rolling them, seamless steel pipes are formed. The steel pipes produced by hot rolling process have good dimensional accuracy and uniform microstructure.

Cold drawing process: further processing on the basis of hot rolling, improving the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of steel pipes through cold drawing.
